Courses in Middle East

No pros would come to the Middle East (U.A.E.) to give courses in photography?
I am waiting someone to come and teach us in the middle east, we need one to teach us.
I can't trust to pay online and learn online, sory for that but I trust to see by my eyes in front of me in workshops and so and not by sitting here online waiting courses, I will pay for learning in usual ways as in schools.
