How to get Catch lights Can anyone give me some pointers on capturing catch lights in my subjects eyes in natural light? I can never get. Thanks for any tips you can offer :)

You need to use reflectors or flash to create a light source that can be reflected in the eyes.

Ketch lights are neat, they give the eyes a feeling of life. Without them the eyes look dead. If you have a choice: 1. Single ketch light each eye to preserve the look of one light illuminating the subject. Using your favorite image editor, remove all then add one each at 10 O’clock or 2 0’clock position. Luck to you, Alan Marcus

You have to have the subject facing a large source of bright light, like a window if indoors or a large patch of open sky if outdoors.

I use PhotoLine32 for stuff like that.
