Help in starting a website. I want to create a website. How do I go about doing so? I have no clue where to start, or how to design one. Please give me any advice or tips. I am going to start simple and I want to display some of my work in categories. Please point me in the right direction. Desiree

Desiree, I can't believe you haven't considered the deluxe web site offered by Batterphoto! The choices in design allow you to "personlize" your site and the Deluxe sites fulfill each of the requirements you specified in your question. The cost is very reasonable and you may use the web name of your choice. If you want to see an example, check out my site at www.backbayscenes.com or any of the sites on betterphoto. John

Hi Desiree, Most web hosting sites will have a step by step instruction on how to set it up, examples, templates, etc. Many people here use Betterphoto as theirs. For me, my choice was Yahoo Web Hosting. Very cheap and very easy to use and they always have someone available from Yahoo to help you with troubleshooting or questions.
