Setting up a home studio

Hi,
I am an art student working in the digital medium. My work is concerned with the human body and form. So most of my work is photographing friends, family, collegues, etc. However due to the costs of hiring a studio, I am now forced into finding a cheaper alternative.

What would be involved in setting up a budget home studio?

Based on the infor you provided-

You need: Lights, background(s), props, reflectors.......

Pricewise: Lights ($200-1000); Backgrounds ($75-500); Props ($.50-1000); Reflectors ($5-250)
