18% gray the same? Is all 18% gray the same shade? I ask this because the inside cover of the National Geographic Photography Field Guide by Peter Burian is said to be 18% gray. But, when compared with the 18% gray cards in the camera store, it did not match. One was lighter than the other. This surfaced when I took the Field Guide to the fabric store with the idea of purchasing fabric that was 18% gray to be sewn onto my camera bag. Good idea proved impossible, at least where I live. No fabric available. Searching online Adorama sells polyester fabric said to be an 18% gray? Is it the same as the 18% gray card, or a different shade? Which is correct? Before I spend more money, I'd love to know which is the real 18% gray? Thanks. Bunny
