Photography sell contract Hi there, have just agreed price for company to buy some of my pics for promotion for there theatre co.!!!! But its my first time in this area and was looking for a template or an idea what exactly I shoudl write in the contract, for them too sign. Is there a template anyone knows of. Thanks Nathan

Howdy Nat: You need a "stock delivery memo" from somewhere like the forms book for Professional Photographers at asmp.org. The forms are about 75 % of what you need, you'll have to modify and adapt specific provisions or language to suit your purposes. It could be that the forms book is now available with a CD that has the forms. Been so long since I bought one I dunno. Take it light. Mark

Mark - Yeah, they have a CD version available (with the book of course) that has all the forms in several different formats. Pdf, doc, etc. Nathan - I use Photobyte for creating my release forms and delivery memos and other "terms and conditions" forms. It is extremely easy to adapt to your individual situation. And it's FREE!!
