Photo Gallery Issues

My Premium Gallery ran out, so BetterPhoto reverted me back to my Free Gallery. But it has all my pictures still there, they're just smaller. Does anyone know why? I would rather have my Premium or have a free gallery with the limit of 30, not a gallery with hundreds of tiny pictures.

Sounds like they may have had a glitch, converting you back to "free" status---Have you tried the Live Help button? (I've used it several times--nice tool.)

Thant happened to me too! If you don't renew your gallery before it expires, then you revert to a free gallery. I believe that the absence of the 30 photo limit is simply a grace period. After my premium gallery expired, my 'free' gallery had all my photos showing and when I renewed it, all was still there. Probably if you leave it unrenewed, it will revert to the 30 photo gallery.

  Katrina,
I looked at your gallery and saw your second place winner earlier in the year.
Evidently, you did not claim the prize for it..., if you did, the premium gallery would have been extended for another year...
...it's too late to claim it according to the rule :( .

I agree with what Rob said. It would soon revert back to 30 photo limit if you do not renew the gallery.

Actually Nobi, I did claim it but perhaps something went wrong. I followed the link they sent me in the e-mail and it took me to the check-out page. I assumed it must have registered that I was claiming, because it was the first time I had done it and there seemed to be nowhere else to go unless I wanted to specify how I was going to pay.
But yeah, I was just confused about how I seemed to have half anf half of both options.

Hi Katrina, I had a similar problem in trying to claim the prize for a winner earlier in the year. Couldn't figure out how to do it, so assumed it must happen automatically when an existing premium gallery owner wins a prize. When I got the renewal notice for my premium gallery I emailed Heather and explained, and she was very prompt in her response - she extended my gallery for a year.

So I suggest that it may not be too late - try emailing Heather.

Heather has my vote of confindence in the way she helps and supports BP members.

Take up on the idea above and email her and asking what has become of your attempt to claim your prize. It may be late but won't hurt.
If my memory is right, you are still in school and I know the financial hardship one may have while in school. I hope you will get your gallery extended.

I e-mailed Heather and she added the two free years I have won. Thanks so much for your help! ; )
