Nikon 5700--black image/black viewer etc This is not really a question. I had a problem with my Nikon 5700. Turned it on theh other day and it only showed black in the viewfinder and on the lcd. I wrote Nikon. Here is their reply....they have an alert posted for this problem and also one for a few other Nikons, including the d70 for some problem that affects some of their cameras. If you have a problem with your Nikon, write Nikon and or go to this link. Kathleen Parker
