Fixing skin type exposure


 
 
I took some pictures at a friend's wedding and they turned out well. In this one however, the dark skin is almost black. My flash was bounced off the ceiling as in all my other pictures that were okay. I used Kodak Portra 400NC and an attatched flash on my Minolta Maxxum 5. Is it possible to fix this in PS7? IF so, how? Would it just be better to take it to the lab and have them fix it? I would like to save it if possible.
