So far, the Nikon 10.5 f/2.8G DX is the only lens that gives full-frame fisheye with 180° diagonal coverage. The Sigma 8mm F/4 EX DG Circular Fisheye lens comes close. It'll give 180° horizontal and diagonal, but because is projects a circular image that is 22mm diameter, it does not fill the frame of the D70. With editing software its images can be "defished" to fill the frame to give similar results as the Nikon 10.5. However, it is no less expensive than the Nikon lens.

The economical alternative (under $300) is the Russian made Peleng 8mm f/3.5 Circular Fisheye. Similar to the Sigma, it is a manual focus lens made for the old Zenit and screw-mount Pentax cameras, but can be found for sale with an adapted mount to fit Nikon and other cameras.
