BuZZ filter-authorization code not sent

I learned about the BuZZ filters here at BetterPhoto, so I downloaded the free trial, when my trial ran out, I went through the process of purchasing the authorization code online. I received a transaction confirmation, but no code. It's been several days, and I've e-mailed Fo2Pix twice, but got no results. The software company is in the UK, and I'm in the US. Could that delay things?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sam

That's why I always order the disc instead of just getting the code. Then I can control it better. I hope they resolve it soon! It's a great filter.

It Takes At Least Three Days To Get The Code, If You Ordered On The Weekend It Takes Longer..

I have had reason to contact customer support at Fo2pix.com and found them to be super helpful. I'm sure you'll get the code soon. I'm in the U.S. too.

  Thank you, all.

I ordered it on Saturday, so today's the third day, excluding the weekend.

Sharon, did you contact Fo2pix support by e-mail or phone? If I don't receive a response to my e-mails, I think I'll give them a call, tomorrow.

I wish I had ordered the CD. I was just trying to save time and $12.00.
