www.mrsite.com or www.netregister.com.au These are the ones I know of, you can buy a pre-designed website and then custom make it to suite you. Netregister also allows you to have a flash site.

ifp3.com has these flash sites and they allow you to have music in your site, along with lots of other great features. If you buy a domain, you can have your own domain (like www.heathersphotos.com). I tried their ten day free trial (with a domain www.scrattyphotography.ifp3.com). Although I didn't make any sales there yet, I really like the way they're set up. My trial expired, so until I buy a subscription, my site won't work.
