How about just taking them to the photo lab and having them make prints?

  (a) If developing black and white negatives/prints, then you need to dedicate yourself to learning the chemistry and process. It's not something that can easily be explained in a Q&A forum. Photography classes in black & white darkroom used to be common for continuing education at local high schools, but is probably rarer now with the popularity of digital photography.

(b) If color negatives/prints, take them to a professional photo lab. The chemistry tolerances are generally beyond the scope of most DIYers.

(c) If the negatives are already developed and you want more prints, see (b) or you can scan them into computer files and edit/print them yourself. Invest in a film scanner, or have them scanned by a lab.

How about reading the response I posted to your nearly identical question yesterday?
