who judges the contest I was wondering if the same judges judge the contest every month, and if so is it worth it to resummit a photo I think could win.

I don't believe the judges change month to month, but by all means, yes, you can resubmit an image you believe in; I've picked up at least 2 Finalists I can think of, that were awarded on the resubmit of that particular entry...

Very little is known about the judges. It has been said they work in strange and mysterious ways. Just like some teenagers I know. ;)

I rarely resubmit a photo, but after having a comment from "The Judges" on an image where they mentioned it could benefit from warmer light I changed the photo to B&W and reentered it and it placed as a finalist.
