Pricing for catalog shoot

My husband's school contacted me for 3 separate jobs and I would like a bit of help with pricing. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The first one will be to updated the photos in their catalog. This is the catalog that they give to students when they are checking out the school that describes the industry (commercial diving) and the institute itself. I asked them what kind of rights they wanted to buy as I do not release my copyright to anyone, and they don't necessarily want exclusive rights. What kind of contract should I offer? I'm not really familiar with the different types of purchases as this will be my first job of this kind. Do I give them a 2000 print release? Or how does that work?

The second job they want is for matted and framed art work for their lobby. Since this will be a commissioned job and not just prints from my existing library, how much do you think I should charge per hour for something like that? Or do you think I should even go about that way? Should I just charge for the prints themselves?

Thirdly, and lastly, they want me to shoot for their Christmas card. Should I just treat this one as a regular portrait shoot? It's the smallest of the three, so obviously it's not going to be expensive, but I don't want to sell myself short either.

Ok, I know that's a lot, but I know there are a lot of talented and knowlegable people who can help me out here. Any ideas?

Thank you in advance. :)
