Canon Rebel XT I want all the info about a Canon Rebel XT I can get. What are your observations, or better equipment you would recommend [within similar price range]? What do you like/dislike about it?

I suppose the easiest way is to goggle Canon Rebel Review and see what you get. Personally I have it and don't have problem with it, I absolutely love it, and it produces great photos even from the kit lens (check out my website). I am hoping to get another one as a backup camera as well. Nat

Have you handled the Rebel XT? I choose the 20D over it basically because the XT felt to small in my large hands. And with the heavier lens, i.e EF 28-135 IS, EF 17-40 L, telephotos etc., the 20D will give you a better balance. My opinion for what's it's worth. Ops, I re-read your question about price range - it is more expensive but my experiences has taught me to get what you want up front. I purchased the 300D last year and recently I purchased the 20D. I should have gotten the 20D initially. And the reason that I purchased the 300D instead of the 350D was the small size of the 350D. Howard

I absolutely love my 350D and I will be buying another one the same as a backup body. I LOVE IT! Does what I need it to do, so I don't need to buy a more expensive camera just the "sake of it" (not saying people here do, but jess, where I live, men compare camera's like comparing their......). I just bought the 28-135mm too, I can't' wait to get it and see the results!
