I just paid for a premium package, now what do I do. They took my credit card info but didnt explain what happens next. It just told me to sign in again and when I did, it didnt lead me to the premium site. Please tell me what I have to do now.

  Carol:

Although the payment method is automated, they won't activate the site until someone at BP recieves the request and sees that you have paid by credit card. As soon as your premium site is activated, they will e-mail.
Just sit tight, it may take a day or two. But since it's on the eve of the weekend, you may not recieve word from them till Monday. I don't know if they do any site maintenance on the weekend.

i just got a email from heather and shee said the following:
Hi Carol,

Thanks for your email. I don't see that you have successfully placed
an order for a Premium Gallery.

To place an order, feel free to use the following link:

But I used my credit card to place the order and they took it, im confused here. Then when I clicked onto that link she gave me, it brought me right to my premium gallery, so what is she saying. If you can clear this up I would appreciate it. Thanks.

  To be honest Carol:

I have no idea. I went to that link and it took me to the page where you can order a premium gallery or website.
Evidently, by the link under your mini-pic, you premium gallery hasn't been activated. If it were, the link would say, "Carol's Premium Gallery".
I would check your credit card company Monday and see if that charge has been posted to your account. If so, then I would e-mail Heather and let her know that something is amiss.
If not, then I would try ordering again. I would hate to see your credit card charged twice for the same thing though, so keep an eye on it.

Most likely, your sign-up process did not complete successfully.
If you feel uneasy about doing it over, reply to Heather and explain you are somewhat unsure of the process.
She has been always very helpful.
I don't know if they could take a phone call to complete your sign-up.
..Hope you will get your premium gallery soon.
