New thumbnail size 8MP chip from Micron Micron announced it's going to introduce a new 8MP chip. CMOS, faster processor, won't have the point&shoot delay, high def video, and may be able to shoot 10 frames/second at high setting(8mp) and 30 frames/second at the low setting(2mp). That would be the high def video I guess. Will put a boost in the pocket camera and cell phone video image quality. Will see consumer market around late 2007. My prediction.
