Photo Workshops Can anyone give me a website or resource where I can find reviews on photo workshops? I know of the Rocky Mountain School of Photography and the Joe Van Os workshops, but would like to find a website that can provide feedback from past participants. I'm most interested in National Park workshops. Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure, but take a look at Phil Greenspun's web site: http://photo.net Look around over there and you may find a series of workshop critiques. Also take a look at http://www.apug.org That's the analog photographers user group. {Don't mention the "digital" word there). And, if you're interested in NP workshops, try getting ahold of some information officer at National park Service and ask them if they have a list of who's giving what photo workshops at which national park, when. Take it light.

Hey Mark - Please advise, what's an analog photographer? Digital has to do with numbers - everything is ultimately reduced to 0's and 1's. It's computer-ese. Analog, analogous . . . or, if one thinks about auto process control as I did in engineering school in the Dark Ages [like in your home's thermostatic control,] one thinks of waves, sines and cosines, etc. There really isn't anything that remotely links "analog" and photography. But, I guess you're thinking FILM! What does film have to do with sines and cosines, I wonder. ANd, yes. I had noticed that one of BP's Q&A Sections used to list analog photography - I think it was changed because there ani't no such thing.

OOPS - Guess BP didn't correct the error. Still, the listng is incorrect.
