Hi this is Joanna from customer service - your question is noted.

Please note that the office is closed until March 20th as the team is on
vacation. We are not processing new orders now, please wait until March 20th. A
few updates:

#1 BOOKS: If you have ordered the Photo Vibes book before October 15th, all have
been sent. If you have not received it (international orders take longer), I
will address and investigate to your complete satisfaction when I come back
(including refunds). Please bear with me!

#2 PLAQUES: All are shipped on March 20th

#3 All orders post october 15th are well into production and are getting
designed. Please keep in mind that these manuscripts take time to produce.
Remember our mandate: great photographs!

Thanks for the great contribution and take care

  All I can say is
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!!!

You've been dupped, had and just plain mislead. But don't feel bad. You are not alone. Many others on BP have had the same experience with COP, ILP, and whatever other name they go buy.
Chances are, you probably will recieve your plaque. Eventually!

From a legal standpoint, they have done nothing wrong. Maybe not very good business practices keeping someone waiting months for a plaque, but certainly nothing illegal.

If you scan the threads on this forum you undoubtadly will come across similar questions regarding picture.com.

These people prey on people like us by feeding to our egos. By telling us how great our photos are and making promises of dislaying our work at thier conventions and being entered into a contest and being published in their book, they lure us into purchaseing thier products. Anything from the books, plaques, scroll in a bottle etc..

Just hang in there, you probably will recieve your plaque, However, I wouldn't have any more dealings with them. All of their e-mails are being blocked by my computer. I don't even care to read them.

Bob
