  Pamela,
This will be easier to address in detail, if we can start with a bit more info.
* what lighting do you own right now, flashes/ strobes ?
*and how many?
* what kind of event or grouping is this?
* friends, family , co-workers?
( this can matter in the pose set up, and what would be best)
* inside or out?
* all adults or Kids, or a mix of?
This kind of information can help us answer this with more details.
Thank you,
Debby Tabb

  zero. Just point your flash backward over your head and have someone hold a white reflector behind you. This will open your flash and expose everyone evenly. I have a 550ex and I have lit 50 people this way 4 deep. Turns your flash into a giant bounce.

keep your equipment light
