HELP Hand Tool won't go Help, I'm working with PSE4, and can't get rid of my hand tool. I select the crop or brush or any other tool, and when I hover over the pic to work on, the hand tool is there!!! I've closed PS and re-opened, and its still there. Any suggestions??

Ok, just gone back into it, and its back to normal.... don't know what happened there! But I've another question while you're here :) When saving a file, there are 3 options: Baseline Standard Baseline Optimised Progressive and then below that is: something about download size at kbps - what does all that mean, and shoudl I use Baseline standard, or optimised or progressive?
