Model Photography I am interested in learning how to take the best pictures with Models and Fast/Custom cars. My questions are: How do I learn this? Question 2, Where or how do you find Models to pose with the cars? I would feel stupid walking up to someone and saying hey you have good looks want to pose for a photo shoot?? Any Ideas? Any Car/Magazine Photographers out there that can clue me in? Thanks. John

John, When hiring models you can go to a model agency or check the internet at either one model place.com or musecube. Both places I am sure you can find a model to pose with your cars. One option open to a photographer is Time for Print. That is where you offer Free picture's to the model for the time they spend modeling for you. You work something out ahead of time and you get your posing done and the model gets prints for her modeling portfolio. What area of the country are you in. I have some connections in a few places that might help you out. Kerby

I'm located in SLC Area in Utah. I'm mostly a Custom Hotrod guy, but it seems to get into a car magazine with your cars you have to have a model in the shot. (at least seems that way) Thanks for your suggestions, good info!

Hi You can join www.modelmayhem.com also and put a call out for your area of interest. They have aspiring models who are happy to do TFP or TFCD,paid models, makeup artists and stylists It's free to create a profile with up to 20 images Just do a search and see who you could hook up with. I don't have any ccontacts but have started working with aspiring and semi experienced models from this site. All the best Jo
