As far as shopping on the net goes, they are the least expensive liscensed dealer out there. Buying elswhere, you may be going into the grey market. For a 10-15% savings, I don't think it is worth it. I buy all of my stuff there.

I think they are fine and most online companies are no different, but they will allow someone to purchase something such as a lens and return it if they don't like it. I read on a discussion forum once of a professional photographer that had a lens in the shop and needed a very expensive lens just for a weekend shoot. He bragged he ordered from one of those companies only to return it when his lens got back from repair. I really dislike the thought of paying for something new that's been out of the box and played around with. If you want to save money there's not much you can do about it though. B&H was about $250 less on a lens than a local camera store when I was buying a few months ago.
