Volunteer Photography Job

Hello,
I volunteered to shoot photos for a non-profit's benefit program. I will be shooting about 20 different people at all different locations. Big job for volunteering! I am meeting with the non-profit in a couple weeks and I wanted to discuss with them who is going to own the pictures and if I can sell extra shots to the subjects--who all own their own business--as a way to get some cashflow on the project. Has anyone ever dealt with this type of thing or have any ideas about how to approach this? I have a standing business relationship with this organization in my day job. I would appreciate any advice.
Thanks!

  Hi Mary,
Yes I have done a lot of this.
I usually use that very same agreement.
I take all the shots I know or think they are looking for and a couple extra that I feel the subject may have a intrest in: full body 2, 2 head shots and 1 3/4 or 1/2 body.
The shots belong to me but I supply them wit a disk of 1 of each that they prefer of each subject.
the rest I put on my Photoreflect site for sale, I hand them a card with the web address.By the way, this site is free for photographers to diplay and sell thier work.

I do hope this helps,
Debby
