Available Lenses to Olympus

I am looking for an ultra telephoto lens for the Olympus E-300 digital camera. Is the Sigma 50-500 F4-603 EX available to Olympus, and what is the other options may I have for this Camera?

Per the Sigma website, no. The 50-500 f/4.5-6.3 EX is not (as yet) available in Olympus Four-Thirds mount.

Note that the 4/3 sensor of the E-300 is a much smaller format than 35mm film or the "APS-C" DSLRs of Canon/Nikon/Pentax/Minolta. A 250mm lens on the E-300 gives the same "reach" and angle of view as does a 500mm lens on a 35mm film camera. Olympus's Zuiko 50-200 f/2.8-3.5 ED is equivalent to 100-400 on 35mm. Add Olympus's EC-14 1.4x teleconverter to get 70-280 f/4-5, which is equivalent to 140-560 on film cameras.

In January 2007, Sigma announced many of their lenses are available in Four-Thirds mount for Olympus and other DSLRs: LINK.
