You might need to get special software to view these files,Adobe 3.0 will let you download and open raw files,Mark

So the raw files dont even show on your computer..even as an "unreadable" file? Say, if you down load 20 files, 10 raw and 10 jpeg, when you look in the folder on your computer, you only see the 10 jpegs there? no other files at all? that is strange. Hopefully some other Konica-Minolta owners will see this. Craig-

That's right. If I have 20 pics, 10RAW and 10jpeg, only the jpeg will down load. No other files. I know it sounds crazy and I have some really good RAW pics too. I've been putting off buying Adobe Photoshop, but I guess I may need special software. Thanks Craig and Mark. Misty

Misty - What are you using to copy the files to your computer? Some software will only copy the JPG if they have the same name as the RAW images. And, are you using a Mac or a PC? Jon
