Welcome to betterphoto. You're in for a time here.Every thread is six different kinds of fun. Now, about your question.In all my years of photography, I've never seen anything to point either way. Each gender has people working photography careers. All, in my book, are equally talented. Every market is geared for both genders. On this site, you will find beautiful photographs by both men and women. Each photographer, man or woman, old or young, rich or poor, does their own style of work. Each makes their own statement. I guess it just depends on who you talk to as to what the counts are. Have fun and keep shooting,
