Photography Question

Kathleen J. Bielak

Do I need releases for photos taken of wild musta

In May I will be going to Arizona and my sister-in-law and I will go to a Wild Mustang Rescue Ranch. Do I need to obtain any releases for pictures taken of the mustangs and people (I assume the people). Would I also need the owner/operators to sign anything? Thanks for your help and I really enjoy this site- have learned much. KJB

rule of thumb, if there is someone in the shot and you think you might use it.. get a release.. if your taking a shot of someones property and think you might use it, get a release... and most importantly, I dont thik youll need a release from the mustangs.... I dont even think they can spell...lol
good luck!

A horse is a horse, of course, of course. And no one can talk to a horse, of course. That is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mr Ed...........:-)

Sorry, couldn't resist
