This is a shot I took in Southern Mo. last fall.. I saturated it quite a bit and then buzzed it slightly.. I used PS Elements 2.0..

Oh and I added the romance filter from VP with slight smart blur to smooth out the grain from the romance.. Sorry.. It's late.. Forgot all the steps...lol

This is a shot that I took in my kitchen with a white curtain that I bought a the BX....I used brightness/contrast to whiten it up a lot. Then I cloned some of the lines and distracters out. Used the glamour filter from VP to give it the look it has now. Major overhaul I tell ya!

I want to play too!!!:) This is an image of a bride I took at her wedding a few weeks ago. The room we were in was HORRIBLE with light. NO windows & AWFUL lighting!! I turned the image b&w using the ambience filter from VP. Adjusted levels/curves/brightness/contrast. Used the dodge tool to really make the background white. Used the blur tool for her face & then used the USM & then sharpened just her eyes.

Your images look great, my friends! And of course I want to play too; only...I will use my entry at BP today...it's a panel, so that's quite a change too, I think. Lets see if it works the first time :).

Ha, ha, ha...apart from the fact that the text at the end should be at the beginning, it went right at the first time...lol!!

My turn :)
Here I took a picture of my daughter watering my plant (the original just didn't stand out to me; rather dark). Using a few filters (NIK, bleach bypass, desaturation), I brightened and colorized the photo which made the subject stand out more.

This looks like fun.

Here is the Before & After for a Beach Family Portrait that I posted on another thread. I took several shots and ending up picking the one where almost everybody looked best. Problem was, Paw-Paw was looking down! I cut his head from another shot and pasted it in the good one. Cloned out anything that the new head didn't cover, blended edges, and balanced his skin tones. Then did overall levels & contrast adjustments for the whole image.

All work done in Microsoft Digital Image Pro.

Chris
