flash I sometimes take pictures for our local schools prom. My flash does not always go off when taking pictures. The lighting is usually candle light dark. Do you have any suggestions on how to correct this so my pictures come our okay?

Tina, A little more information is needed to help sort out what the likely problem is: a. What type of photography are you doing? Portraiture of couples against a backdrop, candids of the dancing, some other type? b. What camera body and flash system are you using with it (and what "mode" are do you using)? c. What film and film speed are you using? d. What lens are you using (length and speed [widest aperture])? Thanks,
