Canon AE-1 Image Issues
Hello, I am a beginner to photography and was lucky enough to have a Canon AE-1 handed down to me. However, as I've dabbled with learning how to use it, I have noticed that there seems to be a problem showing up in nearly all the photos I've taken. The photographs look fine when taken outdoors, but if the light was slightly skewed or the photo was taken indoors the image is literally chopped in half with extremely dark lighting and extremely bright lighting. I have an example of this situation , and although the lighter half of it has been cropped, it is still noticeable how dark the lighting seems to be. Is this an issue with my flash or the camera, or perhaps am I just doing something very wrong when taking photos? Thanks
