Legal Form Hi, I hope someone could help me. I am trying to find a side for Photography Legal Forms. I am getting ready to sell one of my images for an advertisement but I do like to cover my butt by letting them use the image only for that ad and no other reproduction. Can anyone help me please plus what is the going rate for that?? Thanks, William

For going rates, you can extrapolate your own from the rate survey done about 5 years ago by members of Advertising Photographers of America at http://www.apanational.com. For forms, you can buy a book called "Professional Business Practices in Photography" from ASMP (American Society of Media Photographers) http://www.asmp.org (Even if you're not a member, btw) Or "Business and Legal Forms for Photographers" by Crawford. Probably available at the publisher's site, http://www.allworth.com. Mark
