Order Forms, etc... I have a chance to place a bid on shooting a Gala at a college. Where would I get the order forms with all the different available packages with my prices on them? Do I need insurance? Where do you get photo ins.? I'm not a licenced photographer...PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP! ! !
