Print Order Forms I am starting to do school sports pictures and wondered if anyone had order forms that they use, and would be willing to share with me. I'm creating my own but would like to see examples and make sure I don't miss anything. Even regular order forms are wonderful! Thank you for anyone's help.

Hey Jen: Unless you're talking about an assignment confirmation invoice, which is a pretty specialized form for professional photographers, then all you need to do is race down to an Office Depot or Staples and pick up a pad of multi-part order forms. You can even order them with your name etc., preprinted, and just fill in the blanks. Mark
