SOFTWARE REINSTUL PROBLEMS
I USED TO DOWNLOAD PHOTOSUSING USB CAR READER AND NOW I COULD NOT AND WHEN I TRIED TO REINSTULL THE SOFTWARE AGAIN IT KEEP ASKING ME FOR INI FILE WHAT TO DO ANYBODY CAN HELP

Your question hasn't been addressed because it is very technical and specific to your camera/computer combination. Very few posters here address digital camera problems. The web page for the Pro70 at Canon USA's website ( http://www.powershot.com/powershot2/pro70/index.html ) has links for "Driver downloads" and "Customer Service". I would start there.
