Green Blocks What is with these green blocks that are on the right hand side of photographs loaded into the contest? I've noticed them on others' work, then about 2 months ago, they started showing up on mine. They are not there when I am printing out poster size for sale. Just at this site. Bug, virus or just bad luck?

Here's Karen's contest entry (hope this works) http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/dynoGallDetail.php?photoID=1518502&catID=560&style=&contestCatID=&rowNumber=346&camID= I see a small green square; have heard of this on bp.com, and think it was chalked up to compression during upload/recompress---are you submitting JPG or TIF, initially?

You might try uploading the same pic as TIF. (Not as an entry, just an upload) then view it in "Your Pictures" to see if the blocks appear again?

Hi, Karen! I had the same thing happen to me in October only mine was purple squares. I contacted Heather who told me to delete and re-enter the pic using the "new method" of uploading. The next time I entered a pic the "old way" and it did the same thing. I deleted and immediately re-uploaded the pic with the new method and the box was gone. (If anyone doesn't know, the old method is noted at the member center as "Enter the Contest.") I now use "Upload New Photos" at the member center and haven't noticed any problem.
