Putting photos onto greeting cards


Hi
Has anyone made a card from one of their photos (ie birthday christmas etc)
I would like to do this using a photo of my children to send to relatives abroad.

  It's so easy, do you have photoshop???? All you do is open a new document, and the it asks you what size you want to document to be, for example: 4X6, so you click on 4X6, and then you color the document the color you want it, you can make frames, add pictures, text etc.....if you need anymore help feel free to ask!!!

  Thank you for writting back I use photoshop 7 (ithink its 7). What type of card would work best do I have to buy a special type.

  no-you can just have them printed at the local lab in your town....no special cards!!! Thats why you create them yourself!

  I use cards from Photographers Edge and just insert my photo into their stock.
Photographers Edge website: www.photographersedge.com. I found the site difficult to order from - so I fax in my orders.
Also, I needed about 400 Holiday cards and had my photo printed on a holiday stock at a local photography print shop. It was very reasonable. Jean
