Photography Question

Lisa Carpenter

Has anyone ever felt REALLY frustrated?

Ok. I have been learning so much that I feel like I should be able to tackle any task. After all, I am pretty versed on computers and all....but ugh. Along with my business come some other things I want to be able to provide to my clients. One is the holiday photo card. WHY is it hard for me to figure out how to make my own and save it so that it looks professional when I have it printed? There are so many things within PSE3 that I feel I still need to learn, but I am even using Publisher Pro for my cards and I am getting complete crap...like a photo card that is an 8x10 and just not all put together. I tried making my own on WHCC.com and their method is even confusing...anyone else out there frustrated?

I just uploaded a couple samples in my gallery for xmas cards I designed myself. I just get them printed up as a regular 4x6 print and my clients love them! All done in photoshop using the stamp tool for the tree and snowflake. Some of my clients want something very simple like that B&W one and others want more of a design. You can go to microsoft website and download free clip art and just try to make up your own cards. With these simple cards I have had two orders so far and they each ordered over 100 cards. You can decide if you want to include envelopes or not with them.
Hope this helps!!
