Trying to resize for a clear mini pic I placed a self portrait in my bio, which came out ok, but I took the same pic, (which was originally a 4 x 6)cropped it & resized it to the 75 x 75 pixels required for the mini pic & the pic came out all blurry. Does anyone know why it would be blurry when I made it smaller? I can understand it getting blurry when I enlarge, but never had that problem when I went the other way. Thanks

When You Make The Image Smaller You Are Cropping Pixels,Your Actually Making The Image Larger By Cropping (At Least The Portion That Is Viewed) If There Were Any Camera Shake Involved When The Image Was Made This Will Magnify The Problem, Try Reshooting Your Portrait With The Camera On A Tripod And In The Self Timer Position Kathy:-)

That's how I took the pic. It was on a stationary table with the self timer set. The only thing I can figure is, maybe it wasn't focused completely when the picture was taken.
