A home based studio, sucsess for others? I want to start a home based studio after I take some photo courses and get some good lighting. I already do sessions by word of mouth but dont yet feel ready to advertise untill I have completed those things. So, can anyone give me any feedback on the sucsess of a home based studio? Could you, say, make enough proffit to support yourself or would you be more likely to call it a side project? Can you bring in a steady monthly amount or would you potentialy be looking at some weeks or months with no bissuness at all? I want SOOOOOOO bad to make a career of photography but I have these panic moments when I think, this will always be a hobby and the money I make will just be covering the supplies I bought. Maybe I am just scared to take the plunge and just do this because I dont want to fail. I hope a few of you can tell me this can work, maybe give me some info on running a succsessful home studio.
