Most awesome pic - Wet Kiss

I've just been emailed this pic - I don't know who shot it, when, how.... but I think its beautiful and wanted to share it with you all - I mean, who wouldn't love to have such a close encounter with a dolphin, let alone get a wet kiss from one!?

This will probably not tell you who took it, but if you want to know when and how it was taken, you could use the browser feature in PS CS and read the meta data. Data that would be displayed in most cases are the original and modified date and times, the type of camera, the apeture and speed, and on the off occasion that the photographer editied the data manually you might even get his/her name.

Which leads me to a question for someone else. Does anyone know how and if you can change the settings in you camera to automatically put your name down in the meta data as the originator?

I think so. Check the software manual that came with the camera. For example, pp. W50-W51 of the EOS 20D's Software Instruction Manual specifies how to apply the owner's name to the camera while it is connected to the computer. I could be wrong, but I believe this name will then be saved with the EXIF or metadata.
