Layers won't work I'm experimenting with my PS Elements 2 and can't get layers to do anything. In the small box it says a layer is partially locked. If that's the problem how do I unlock it? Thanks again. You haven't heard the last of me.

Darren I have PSE 3.0, but I have a book on PSE 2.0, If I read this right you click on your layer and then click on the lock picture to lock or unlock. Dr Silly

No, I still can't get it to do anything. When I put the curser on the lock it says indicates the layer is partially locked and clicking won't do anything. Are there manuals for these? I looked last night but couldn't find any. Thx again.
