Photography Question

Canon AdobeRGB or sRGB?

I have a Canon 20D and 10D and I'm don't know what setting I have to use. The AdobeRGB or the other one I think is sRGB. I always use Photoshop for work in the images. Please if any one use a Canon 20D or Canon 10D that can help me. thank you.

I don't have a Canon, but I do know that Adobe RGB has a wider color spectrum, but from what I've heard, most Labs want sRGB for printing and will require you to, or charge you for, converting it before they can print. ASLO...I changed mine to Adobe RGB based on advice from a Nikon rep and all of my photos, once downloaded, looked VERY reddish-orange. Once opened in PS, they were dark, flat and greish blue and needed A LOT of PS adjustment...even though they looked fine on my camera's LCD.
