ISO question I took some little league football action shots last weekend. Most turned out good...but a little dark. I'm wondering what most people would set their ISO on if it is a cloudy day...shooting action shots. Gracias!

Hi Linda, I use 200 ISO for day time shooting. Some of your pictures you can see the chain link fence, you have to set the aperture at 2.8 if you have that type of len, or open your as big as it gets and the fence will disappear. Sometimes I use a polarizer to help keep the aperture wide open depending on were the sun is. 1/125 should freeze your girls in motion. Hope this helps. I have some sports picture in my gallery if you want to take a look. Ric

Thanks! That's very helpful. Although...using a telephoto lense with that slow a shutter speed may cause some blur though wouldn't you think? Maybe not?

Linda, Maybe a little, if some go with a faster shutter. Some times a little blur looks good. Its hard to shot faster then that in a gym som times because of the lighting. Ric
