Can I use Vivitar series 1 70-200mm 1:2.8-4.0 macro (japan) with my yashica fx 3 2000 super.

  Yes - if the lens is made in the Yashica/Contax mount.
No, if it is for any other camera mount.

  Yes you can providing it is in the Yashica/Contax mount. Otherwise, no.
About the Tamron Adaptall mounts - they're only good for Tamron lenses, so would be useless to you and your Vivitar lens.
