Tips to take care of camera at beach Hi All I will be visiting the beach on this Labor Day weekend. I have a Canon G6 Digital camera, which would like to use at that time. G6 has a thread where I intend to use the adapter ring so that I can use my 58 mm circular polarizer filter. My concern is should the adapter be on throughout the time I am at the beach? As per the advice one should not open the camera’s on the beaches, does it cover the G6 for removing the O ring around the lens. I hope I have explained myself clear. Another point is after I go back to the hotel room what parts should be cleaned dry with moistened paper towel? Anything else that needs special care.
