Can anyone help w/ my Paypal problem? I have a Deluxe Web site through BetterPhoto and I've been trying to set up a Paypal account through Paypal. Problem is, I'm an American living in Germany through the U.S. military. I have an American Bank here and an APO address (which is an American address from New York), but Paypal does not recognize APO address, and I don't speak German so I'm hesitant to have a German Paypal account. Any suggestions??

I KNOW PAY PAL CAN BE FRUSTURATING TO CONTACT BY EMAIL-BOY DO I KNOW! BUT THERE IS A PHONE NUMBER, IT TO CAN BE HARD TO FIND- BUT CALL-I WILL SEE IF WE HAVE IT SOME WHERE AND POST WHEN I FIND IT. THE ONLY OTHER THING MIGHT BE TO OPEN UP A MILITARY ACCOUNT USING A PARENTS/FAMILY MEMBERS ADDRESS IN THE STATES. I KNOW MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD ONE UNDER MY ADDRESS(WITCH WAS HER HOME ADDRESS-PRE-BOOT) AND SHE USED THAT UNTILL HER AND HER HUSBAND WERE STATIONED AND SOME WHAT SETTLED. I DO HOPE THIS HELPS, DEBBY
