Being Boys selected for Kodak POTD!!! Just had to share my excitement over this! It will appear on Kodak.com's website and in the Kodak Times Square Picture Gallery every few minutes on August 8th. It's a little weird to think of my boys' faces being flashed in Times Square all day long but I'm still very excited! :-)

congratulations olivia! its exciting....not wierd!! I am sure you saw mine the other day. its fun. go to google and type in times square webcam and camera 10 will flash to it. you have to be patient but it will eventually show it. congrats!!!

Congratulations, Olivia!!! First Stacey, then CJ, now Olivia,... within a month period, Kodak has honored three of BP photographers. If you like to have your Kodak POTD photo in Times Square captured on photos, Nancy has a friend who does it for a fee, unless you are going to be in NYC on that day. Info is on this thread.

Congrats to you Olivia! It is very exciting! I just got notified yesterday of two Kodak POTD's - one on August 19th and another on August 31st! (in my gallery they are show-off and tip of the tongue). I'm almost excited enough to drive the 7 hours on the 19th to see it!!!! Nobi - I know a few others who have won also. You just have to enter at www.kodak.com your best shots (with a little story behind it though) and cross your fingers! See link below. Congratulations to you, Diane, also... ..and make that double!!! That's really fantastic!!! I have also been giving the same info (Kodak Potd URL) you gave me to other people here at BP. A year or so ago, a friend of mine told me to enter KODAK POTD but I have already given up on that right then... I was thinking BP POTD first, then KODAK, LOL...., but it seems BP POTD is harder..., so I won't do Kodak one, perhaps never... :D

Thank you everyone! And congrats to you Diane for having two photos selected! What an honor!!! I have a question. Anyone know what the other pictures are flashed throughout the day since I think Kodak.com only has one POTD? From watching the webcam CJ mentioned, I noticed that it it scrolls through several different pictures throughout the day. Are they other POTDs?

CJ, that is TOO COOL!!!!! We havea couple people who are going to take pictures for us so I think we're covered though I'm tempted to pay the photographer to do it since your pictures are so great. Thanks for the info!
