HELP!!! Spots on photo!!!!


 
 
I have spots on my photos. Is this caused by dust on the sensor or on the lens. I have cleaned everything but they are still there!!! If I need to send it to be cleaned any good places in the Bellingham,Wa area? Any help would be great!! Thanks, mlg
